Terms of Service
1. Service Scope & "No Guarantee" Policy : Sites for SMBs provides digital presence essentials, including social media management (posts and replies), listing synchronization, and website management to help your business be found online. While Sites for SMBs aims for maximum visibility, it does not guarantee specific results, such as a set number of new jobs, leads, or increased revenue.
2. Commitment & Billing
Initial 6-Month Term: By signing up, you agree to a minimum commitment of six (6) months.
Month-to-Month Transition: After the initial 6-month term, this agreement will automatically convert to a month-to-month basis.
Monthly Billing: You will be billed monthly unless a different arrangement is noted in writing.
Cancellation: After the initial term, either party may cancel the service by providing 30 days' written notice.
3. Third-Party Technical Issues: Sites for SMBs is not held accountable for technical failures, downtime, or glitches caused by third-party platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:
Social media platform outages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Search engine algorithm updates or indexing issues (e.g., Google, Bing).
External website hosting or domain registrar technical errors.
4. Ownership & Access
Domain Ownership: You retain full ownership of your domain name. Upon request or termination of service, Sites for SMBs will release it to you promptly.
Website Access: You may request administrative access to your website at any time if you prefer to manage your own changes, updates, or maintenance.
5. Client Responsibilities & Liability
Information Delivery: You agree to provide necessary access, logos, and business information in a timely manner. Delays in providing this information do not pause the monthly billing cycle.
Content Approval: Unless otherwise agreed, Sites for SMBs has creative freedom to post on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing posts for accuracy.
Limitation of Liability: The total liability of Sites for SMBs for any claims arising from these services is limited to the total amount paid by you during the most recent month of service.
6. Confidentiality: Sites for SMBs will not share your private business data, login credentials, or internal communications with any third parties without your express consent.
