Before you begin

• You'll need to switch into your Page in order to manage it.

Give someone access to your Page from Facebook

1. From your Page’s Feed, click your profile picture in the top right.

2. Click Settings and privacy and select Settings.

3. In the left menu, click Page setup.

4. Click Page access.

5. Next to People with Facebook access, click Add new.

6. Click Next.

7. Below Who should have Facebook access of this Page?, you can search for the person you want to add in the Search by name or email section.

8. You can toggle to Allow this person to have full control, then click Give access.

9. Enter your Facebook profile password and click Confirm.
   

   
   

Give someone access to your Page from Meta Business Suite

You can also give someone access to your Page from Meta Business Suite:

1. Go to Meta Business Suite.

2. Click Settings.

3. Below Accounts, click Pages and then select the Page.

4. Click Assign people.

5. Below Add People, scroll down and click Add person.

6. Enter the email of the person you want to add and click Next.

7. Assign the level of access you want to give to the person and click Next.

8. Assign the business assets you want this person to help manage and click Next.

9. Review the invitation and click Send invitation.
